Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any of its features at any time without prior notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also revise these Mobile Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any updates become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

By opting in to the Johnny Louis SMS/text messaging program, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Johnny Louis through your wireless carrier at the mobile number you provided, even if your number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology. Service-related messages may include notifications, reminders, alerts, and informational updates (such as account or service notices). Promotional messages may include special offers, promotions, and marketing communications (such as cart reminders).

You acknowledge that enrollment in this messaging program is not required to make a purchase, and your consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of any transaction with Johnny Louis. Participation in this program is entirely voluntary.

There is no charge from Johnny Louis for participating in the Service. However, you are responsible for all message and data charges imposed by your wireless carrier. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Please consult your wireless provider for details regarding your specific plan. You are solely responsible for any costs associated with receiving SMS/text messages.

You may opt out of the Service at any time. To stop receiving messages, text STOP to xxx-xxx-xxxx. For assistance, text HELP to xxx-xxx-xxxx. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-initiate contact. If you are subscribed to multiple Johnny Louis messaging programs, you must opt out of each program individually by following the instructions provided in the applicable terms, unless otherwise required by law.

We may change the short code or phone number used to operate the Service at any time and will provide notice of such changes when required. You acknowledge that messages sent to a short code or number that has been changed, including STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and Johnny Louis will not be responsible for honoring requests sent to outdated numbers.

Wireless carriers participating in the Service are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide a valid mobile number and to promptly update your information if your number changes. If you obtain a new mobile number, you must re-enroll in the Service using that new number.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Johnny Louis shall not be liable for any delayed, failed, or misdirected delivery of messages, errors in message content, or any actions you take or fail to take in reliance on information provided through the Service.

We respect your privacy. Information collected through the Service is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of data expressly exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information. This information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
